I bought this thing and I like that I thought would be severely strawberry taste with water, but I do not mind the taste at all. I used this for about a week and I lost 5 pounds, it makes me feel bad, so I eat less regularly, I have not started training, but I expect better results when you start. I do not do 5 stars because if you mix in a blender is sufficient to drink very quickly if you do not do it WAY too often, and when it comes to thicknessGross. So if you mix in a blender drink fast! Also make sure you use very cold water, so you have a pitcher to use water in the fridge, that you, tap water is not cold enough and makes it thick. Another thing about this is that while the container is large, not very big filled, so I felt a bit 'cheated, but almost all drinks powder to do it for you. I will buy this again.

It is a mix of strawberry drink that contains about 6 grams of fiber a serving. You should start with lower doses and working up to the total, so you can get used to the fiber. The good thing is that the product does not taste that bad and is a great source of fiber. The mixture is dissolved in water is not 100% but it's a good job up to an additional fiber goes. Finished your drink is slightly grainy, but it is hard to get usedI know
My biggest complaint: there are only about 14 servings in a jar full … and its a glass big enough! They served two big balls Mix up a glass of water, and is fast enough. Only two weeks of use, its too expensive for me to buy again, but if money is not a question I would use every day!
